If you’re unhappy with the service: please contact our support team within the first 48 hours of your subscription period and ask for a full refund. Unfortunately we won’t be able to accept refund requests after the first 48 hours.
If for any reason, the service hasn't worked the way it should have: we'll send you a proportional refund for each day the service didn't work for you.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page so that it doesn't renew anymore. You'll still be able to enjoy the service until the end of the paid period.
