If you’re not happy with the Suparise service within the first 48 hours of upgrading, please contact our support team and ask for a full refund. Unfortunately we won’t be able to accept refund requests after the first 48 hours.
By default, subscriptions and billing continue until cancellation. If you want to cancel your subscription contact us, our support team will cancel it for you. It will end at the end of the current subscription period.
