Refunds & Cancellation

Subscription Cancellation

Suparise is a monthly-based subscription service, which means you are charged every month to continue using the service. It is commitment free, you can cancel it anytime you want.

If you’re not satisfied with Suparise, you can cancel your subscription from your Account page inside the application. It will stop the automatic monthly renewal — but you'll still be able to use the subscription features until the end of the paid period.

Feel free to contact us via email, our support team can cancel your subscription for you, if you prefer.

Refunds

30-day money back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with Suparise and want to claim your 30-day money guarantee, just contact our support team via email within 30 days after the beginning of your subscription. Your original payment method will be credited with the full order amount as soon as possible.

The Suparise guarantee lasts for exactly 30 days. For example, if you place an order at 10 AM on May 1, you can contact our support anytime before 10 AM on May 31 to claim a full refund.

When the guarantee has expired

We don't send refunds after the end of 30-day money-back guarantee, unless the app hasn't been working properly.

If you're experiencing issues and deem the app is malfunctioning, please contact our support team within 30 days so that they can assist you and check your account.

If we're responsible for issues or downtime that lasted signicant amounts of time (more than 3 days over 30 days), we'll send you a partial or full refund according to the amount of days the app couldn't work correctly within the last 30 days before your request.

Refund delay

According to Mollie, our payment processor: refund will appear on your card statement within 14 days of the refund being processed, depending on payment method & country.

Account deletion

Cancelling your subscription and deleting your Suparise account are two different things. When cancelling your subscription, the automatic renewal will stop but you'll be able to subscribe again anytime — your account will still exist.

If you want to delete your account, please go to your Account page inside the Suparise app, go to the bottom of the page: you'll find a Delete my account button. Feel free to contact us via email, our support team can delete your account for you, if you prefer.
